Privately owned home with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and oversized 2 car garage; A Large covered front deck with table and chairs; fire pit, on the back deck a gas grill and charcoal grill - which ever you prefer to use.
MAP-Ranch is a convenient spacious home located on a private 10 acres with Historic Lower French Creek running through the property. It is set at the back in the middle of the ten (10) acres. Very nearby is where Gold was first discovered in the Black Hills by General George Armstrong Custer in 1874. * MAP-Ranch is located 2 miles from Custer (city) and 1.3 miles from the West entrance to Custer State Park. The Mickelson Trail runs along the front edge of our Ranch for all those bicycle riders, hikers or horse trail riders out there. The back edge of borders and gives you access to Forest Service land, you are welcome to hike on any and all National Forest Service - it is public land. There is plenty of space for parking - an RV if you want - or a horse trailer , etc.
We have two covered enclosures for horses - if you want to ride the Black Hills - owners are responsible for their own care and feeding. There are two corrals with continuous fencing. The pastures are 5 strand barbed wire.
